Cryptooboat – Partner Program
Welcome to the Cryptooboat Partner Program, reserved for PRO (PREMIUM) clients. This document presents our vision, our partnership model and the rules of operation.
Cryptooboat is a Hyperliquid-oriented trading platform. We are building an autonomous ecosystem: app-based authentication, NTFY notifications, an integrated message center, free access or a subscription payable in USDC / USDT.
Our goal is not to multiply short-term subscriptions, but to build a lasting community.

Why become a partner?
You recommend a tool that you use or consider relevant, and you receive a recurring 30% commission on Premium (Pro) subscriptions actually paid by your direct referrals, every month, for as long as your referral pays their subscription.
No pyramid scheme: a single level of compensation. Your commissions simply correspond to our advertising costs.
The partner makes Cryptooboat known to their community through their personal link, via videos, social media, communities, websites or any other communication channel of their own.
When a referral becomes Premium and actually pays their subscription, the partner receives a recurring commission, paid for as long as their referral remains Premium, i.e. as long as they pay their subscription.
How it works
- A unique referral code, tied to a personal link, is assigned to each partner.
- Sign-ups can only be made with a valid referral code.
- Each user has a single sponsor, and keeps them for as long as their account exists.
- Fixed commission: 30% of Premium subscriptions actually paid by direct referrals.
- You can refer as many people as you want.
Conditions for maintaining status
Your commissions are permanently earned, with no condition or quota: as long as a referral remains PRO and pays their subscription, you receive your commission, even if you don't bring in new referrals afterward.
Only your free PRO account is subject to an activity requirement: it will be maintained as long as at least 5 of your direct referrals remain PRO members and pay their subscriptions. If this condition is not met, your account will revert to the standard rate—your partner status, referral code, and previously earned commissions will remain unchanged..
Why this model is different
The partnership is based on a simple relationship: one sponsor, one referral, one fixed commission. No hidden levels, no complex bonuses, no obscure conditions.
Commissions
Commissions are calculated exclusively in USDC.
Example: a 30 USDC subscription generates a 9 USDC commission.
Monthly cycle
Commissions are created as payments come in. On the 28th of each month, a process makes available all commissions created before its run. The following commissions will be available on the 28th of the next month. Subsequent commissions will be available on the 28th of the following month and payable as soon as the minimum amount payable is reached (€50).
Wallet and withdrawals
The partner has a wallet showing pending commissions, available commissions and withdrawal history. They freely choose which commissions to withdraw. provided that the amount reaches the minimum payable (€50).
Withdrawals are made in USDC to the wallet chosen by the partner. Network fees are covered by the partner: they are estimated before validation, then recalculated just before the transaction is sent so they stay very, very low.
What if you weren't around anymore?
It's a question few crypto platforms think about: what happens to your commissions if you never log in again?
At Cryptooboat, you can designate up to 10 beneficiaries, ranked by priority. After prolonged inactivity (over a year), we send you reminders; past two years, we contact your beneficiaries one by one, a month apart, so they know commissions are owed to you. After 3 years, your partner account will be frozen, and your commissions redistributed, even if the minimum payable is not reached.
You can provide your own backup email address or several, but also keep in mind that a relative could be on the list, or even several, in order of registration (as soon as a referral has collected the commissions or the account, we will no longer send emails)
Set up my beneficiariesCommunication
All day-to-day communication takes place within Cryptooboat. Notifications use NTFY, and exchanges happen in the message center.
Mutual commitments
Cryptooboat commits to:
- Guarantee transparency on commission calculations.
- Provide a complete history of transactions.
- Maintain an integrated communication center with NTFY notifications.
- Keep a single-level program, without complex multi-level compensation.
The partner commits to:
- Present Cryptooboat honestly.
- Not promise financial gains.
- Comply with the regulations applicable to their activity.
- Preserve Cryptooboat's image.
End of the partnership between the referred member and you
Deleting a referral's Premium (Pro) account ends the corresponding commission payments. Historical records are kept for accounting purposes.

Can I refer as many people as I want?
Yes, there is no limit.

A dated PDF of this page will be generated and saved in your folder.
Why is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
The 50 USDC minimum lets us batch payouts instead of processing many tiny individual transfers each month — more efficient for everyone, and your commissions keep accumulating normally below that threshold.
Changes over time
The program is bound to evolve. The following core principles will nonetheless remain unchanged:
- A single referral level.
- A fixed 30% commission.
- Full transparency on calculations.
- A "crypto first" orientation.
